I've now imported two cars via Autoport, both PHEVs, and I am happy to report that on both occasions I found the process to be seamless. Each time their team took care of everything from pre-purchase inspection in Japan to compliance and vinning in NZ, providing email updates along the way - the only hard part was waiting for my vehicles to arrive! The only paperwork on my end was applying to NZTA for the Clean Car Rebate. So if you're seeking a specific model or trim level not available here, Autoport is the place I found mine, and I'll recommend them to anyone!

A minor mechanical issue was discovered after taking delivery, but the Autoport Team are meeting their obligation to correct that for us. Found this company to be quite easy to deal with a very good selection of cars to choose from. Highly recommend it to anyone and I will definitely be coming back again for my next car.
