Very friendly team. I have bought a vehicle from them. Every step used has a notification telling you what you have chosen. From the start to end it required no hassel at all. The car is especially comfy and the whole family loves it.

I had never purchased a vehicle on-line before, so I was apprehensive about how it all worked. I need not have worried, Autoport was obviously experienced as they answered all my questions reassuringly and allayed my fears by explaining the process clearly to me. I was even met at the airport and taken to their depot where again, all the paperwork was completed, and the car was mine! But it didn't stop there. I can't read Japanese. However, my queries about how something worked on the dashboard were patiently explained. The car is going well! I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and method of purchasing, to anyone. And I am really enjoying the car.
