Start to finish the communication has been outstanding and the customer service top notch. Daniel and the team always kept me up to update with the progress of my vehicle, from leaving Japan to driving away in the car. They have done an awesome job at making the import process as simple as possible while they do all the hard work. I would highly recommend Autoport to anyone looking to import a vehicle and I’ll be using them again in the future.

Although I was skeptical at first to deal with Autoport, I was pleasantly surprised when they actually found a car that not only matched my requirements, but also exceeded the same - I got more than what I had asked for and at the price I wanted to pay. It is easy to deal with Autoport; their communication is frequent and without lengthy delays in between, especially when dealing with Ryan. The experience was seamless and well-organised by the team at Autoport. From my first viewing on the internet through to pre-purchase inspections, delivery to the port in Japan, transportation and arrival in NZ to final certification and ultimate delivery to my home. Couldn't have been more efficient.
