It would have been impossible to find a car of equivalent quality or price in any car yard in NZ, I know because I tried. Whilst purchasing a car sight unseen may seem risky, the vehicle exceeded my expectations. The Toyota Roomy has many features a more expensive car has, and I highly recommend this make, model of car to others. I've now imported two cars via Autoport, both PHEVs, and I am happy to report that on both occasions I found the process to be seamless. Each time their team took care of everything from pre-purchase inspection in Japan to compliance and vinning in NZ, providing email updates along the way - the only hard part was waiting for my vehicles to arrive! The only paperwork on my end was applying to NZTA for the Clean Car Rebate.
