Start to finish the communication has been outstanding and the customer service top notch. Daniel and the team always kept me up to update with the progress of my vehicle, from leaving Japan to driving away in the car. They have done an awesome job at making the import process as simple as possible while they do all the hard work. I would highly recommend Autoport to anyone looking to import a vehicle and I’ll be using them again in the future.

I had never purchased a vehicle on-line before, so I was apprehensive about how it all worked. I need not have worried, Autoport was obviously experienced as they answered all my questions reassuringly and allayed my fears by explaining the process clearly to me. They informed me of progress as it happened, the clearance, the loading, the transporting, even the whereabouts of the ship and its ports of call. Whatever paper work was required of them, they informed me, asked me in a timely fashion for my documents. I never felt under pressure and was impressed with their efficiency. I was even met at the airport and taken to their depot where again, all the paperwork was completed, and the car was mine! But it didn't stop there. I can't read Japanese. However, my queries about how something worked on the dashboard were patiently explained. The car is going well! I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and method of purchasing, to anyone. And I am really enjoying the car.

This was my first time importing a vehicle. (Suzuki Every Wagon from Japan). I looked into the process with a view to arranging it myself, but it seemed mighty complex, so I was pleased to find Grabacar. After watching for a while the ideal van came up, so I took what I thought was a gamble and hit the "buy now" button. Best thing I ever did. Brilliant service from start to finish. Genuinely one price given at the start covered EVERYTHING. (I did add on undersealing the van and delivery to my home address though). The vehicle is exactly as described; communication was very very good, they were friendly to speak to and explained everything. All questions answered quickly and clearly. There were many, as I'd not been through the process before. There was a very long wait - not the fault of Grabacar at all- due largely to being at the whim of the shipping lines, and also delivery coinciding with UK holidays. But it got here eventually and I'm extremely happy. I would certainly recommend Grabacar to anyone.

I found the service provided by Autoport NZ effortless, timely and efficient. After deciding on the make and model of car I wanted to purchase, I browsed their website and found a late model, low mileage Toyota Roomy at a reasonable price. It would have been impossible to find a car of equivalent quality or price in any car yard in NZ, I know because I tried. Whilst purchasing a car sight unseen may seem risky, the vehicle exceeded my expectations. It arrived sooner than expected in immaculate condition with WOF, Rego, mechanical warranty and full tank of petrol. Excellent value for money. The Toyota Roomy has many features a more expensive car has, and I highly recommend this make, model of car to others. I also highly recommend the seamless process provided by Autoport NZ of importing a vehicle of your behalf.
