2013 Subaru Forester 4WD

I discovered Autoport late last year with a goal of getting a car I've always wanted. The selection of cars was amazing, and with the option of being able to get help finding and sourcing a car in japan really stood out to me. The process was very easy once we got it underway, with the team at Autoport happy to help in any way they could. From the financing, to the transport of the car from Japan to NZ, to the compliance and getting ready to take on NZ roads, everything was so streamlined. Once they took delivery of the car the team went above and beyond to get the car into perfect shape ready to hand over the keys. I had never purchased a vehicle on-line before, so I was apprehensive about how it all worked. I need not have worried, Autoport was obviously experienced as they answered all my questions reassuringly and allayed my fears by explaining the process clearly to me. They informed me of progress as it happened, the clearance, the loading, the transporting, even the whereabouts of the ship and its ports of call. Whatever paper work was required of them, they informed me, asked me in a timely fashion for my documents. I never felt under pressure and was impressed with their efficiency. I was even met at the airport and taken to their depot where again, all the paperwork was completed, and the car was mine! But it didn't stop there. I can't read Japanese. However, my queries about how something worked on the dashboard were patiently explained. The car is going well! I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and method of purchasing, to anyone. And I am really enjoying the car.

That was so easy, absolutely zero stress. I got exactly what I wanted and saved a lot of money and time. Ryan kept me informed all the way of where the car was at, when it arrived in NZ and when it would be ready to collect. I was happy the price even included breakdown insurance, rego and petrol so when I picked it up there was nothing more to pay, just ready to go. Thanks I’ll buy from you again.
