I had never purchased a vehicle on-line before, so I was apprehensive about how it all worked. Whatever paper work was required of them, they informed me, asked me in a timely fashion for my documents. I never felt under pressure and was impressed with their efficiency. I was even met at the airport and taken to their depot where again, all the paperwork was completed, and the car was mine! But it didn't stop there. I can't read Japanese. However, my queries about how something worked on the dashboard were patiently explained. The car is going well! I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and method of purchasing, to anyone. And I am really enjoying the car.

I bought the red Subaru Outback a week ago. The car is great, goes really well, like a new car, it has full service history from Japan, so was very well looked after. Thanks for the good service as well.
