Outstanding Team at Autoport NZ. If you are looking to purchase from Japan, particularly if you are looking for something special, these guys are the only ones to deal with. Fantastic service & communication throughout the whole purchase to Delivery. I was looking for a very specific vehicle (Lexus LS460 F sport). The only way top get exactly what I wanted was to search for one in Japan with the exact spec I wanted. In my case I actually provided Daniel & the team with a specific car I had Located. Autoport Quickly confirmed that they could purchase & import for me. I have imported a car from Japan myself, years ago, but honestly, having the Autoport team do all the process for you is 100% worth it & eliminates the risks.. Car arrived in fantastic condition, immaculately prepared. I couldn’t be happier with the car and Autoport’s service, particularly Daniel & Carlene’s communication. This was my first time importing a vehicle. (Suzuki Every Wagon from Japan). I looked into the process with a view to arranging it myself, but it seemed mighty complex, so I was pleased to find Grabacar. After watching for a while the ideal van came up, so I took what I thought was a gamble and hit the "buy now" button. Best thing I ever did. Brilliant service from start to finish. Genuinely one price given at the start covered EVERYTHING. (I did add on undersealing the van and delivery to my home address though). The vehicle is exactly as described; communication was very very good, they were friendly to speak to and explained everything. All questions answered quickly and clearly. There were many, as I'd not been through the process before. There was a very long wait - not the fault of Grabacar at all- due largely to being at the whim of the shipping lines, and also delivery coinciding with UK holidays. But it got here eventually and I'm extremely happy. I would certainly recommend Grabacar to anyone.

I love my little Vitz, it even has paddles! It’s never missed a beat, is good on fuel and looks great. I’m retired so wasn’t 100% sure about using an internet site to buy a car, but talking to David and getting to know all the checks they do and them doing to price haggle made it easy for me. I couldn’t believe how good the car was when it turned up. When I buy another car I’ll use Autoport.

Although I was skeptical at first to deal with Autoport, I was pleasantly surprised when they actually found a car that not only matched my requirements, but also exceeded the same - I got more than what I had asked for and at the price I wanted to pay. It is easy to deal with Autoport; their communication is frequent and without lengthy delays in between, especially when dealing with Ryan. Once again; a big Thank You to Autoport for the great deal and awesome experience!
