2021 Audi A3 TFSi Turbo

In May 2021 I decided to purchase my next car through the Internet, while living in Australia. There was a website I liked a lot by the name of "autoport.nz". After searching through it for a while I found a beautiful Mercedes E250, equipped with all the bells and whistles one would expect from such a car. It had a very low (guaranteed) mileage. The price was more than reasonable. So, my wife and decided to go for it. I contacted Autoport.nz. A very helpful and nice person named Daniel contacted me and told me how to go about purchasing a car from them. I paid the initial ten percent deposit of the car’s price. Then the car was checked thoroughly, first in Japan, after shipping it to NZ it was once again checked here. When my wife and I arrived in NZ in July 2021 the car was very nicely groomed and waiting for me, as agreed with Daniel and Natalie (another nice and supportive person of Autoport.nz). So, all up, I like the car, I like the way I was treated as a customer and there’s nothing I could complain about. In fact, our younger daughter is currently in the process of getting three cars from Autoport.NZ, one for her husband, one for her daughter, and one for herself. Finally, I’d like to mention that I am not linked in any way to Autoport.nz or receive any payment for my testimonial.

That was so easy, absolutely zero stress. I got exactly what I wanted and saved a lot of money and time. Ryan kept me informed all the way of where the car was at, when it arrived in NZ and when it would be ready to collect. I was happy the price even included breakdown insurance, rego and petrol so when I picked it up there was nothing more to pay, just ready to go. Thanks I’ll buy from you again.

Start to finish the communication has been outstanding and the customer service top notch. Daniel and the team always kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle, from leaving Japan to driving away in the car. They have done an awesome job at making the import process as simple as possible while they do all the hard work. I would highly recommend Autoport to anyone looking to import a vehicle and I’ll be using them again in the future.

As a first time customer of buying a car online, thru Autoport and living in this day and age of modern technology with a plethora of scams/phishing/fakes/clones etc, I had huge doubts whether this was the right way to go about getting a new car especially because I had lived in Auckland most of my life, never seen this place on my travels nor known anyone who has brought from them before. The poor team at Autoport probably have a special name for me like "oh no it's that annoying lady that thinks we're scammers", hahaha, emailing them everytime I got worried I hadn't heard from them when I thought I should have lol. The team were so patient and polite, always responded in a timely manner. And after all of that, my car arrived. Right up to 2 mins away from Autoport and not being able to find the gate, I still thought I was being scammed. You may think, well why did you buy it that way then? Well the photos online, it was a beautiful car. Low k's compared to what I could find in NZ, good star rating, not a bad price. Almost a to good to be true scenario. I jumped on Google and did some research on Autoport, called the team to reassure myself, read the testimonials. Was happy to go thru with the purchase, made the transfer and still sh*t myself until the car arrived lol. I mean hey, some of these scams are very sophisticated :) However, I call her she and she is in my possession now. Couldn't get a AA lemon check done first which is my main go to when purchasing a Subaru so a lot of this was riding on hope. Had her for a few months now and she's going strong.

The Autoport team really came thru on this one. Have had no problems with the car, runs really smooth and pretty good on petrol. Absolutely love the car. Totally recommend going thru Autoport if you are wanting to be a first car owner in NZ. Great team to deal with and not bad cars to pick from. I wish Autoport all the best.
