I've Found a Car I Want. Now What?

So you've found a car listed on the site and you want to buy it. The first thing to establish - is it from a local Australian supplier or an overseas supplier. How do you tell?

All local suppliers have their contact details displayed including phone numbers and a map of their location as well as having the Australian flag showing on the listing. You can contact the seller directly or use the Enquire Now button to send the seller an email. Once you have established contact with the seller, you deal directly with them on all aspects of the purchase.

If the car is displaying a flag from Japan , the UK , or New Zealand then, obviously, it's an international seller. The price you see is the Drive-Away price in Australian dollars that you will pay. The process is very easy, as you will see from some of the Testimonials we have received as we handle everything.

Once you are ready to go and proceed with the purchase, the process is as follows:

1. Click the Buy Now button and confirm your Buy Now when prompted (you will receive a confirmation email once this has been done). If you have not already created a Grabacar account you will be asked to do so before confirming the Buy Now.
2. Once we receive your Buy Now confirmation, you will be sent an invoice, with only the deposit shown due straight away to start the process. The balance is due prior to picking up your car in Australia once it is ready.
3. Upon receiving confirmation that the deposit has been paid, we set about checking that the car is still available and that it meets the quality we expect of it based upon the information showing on the website.
4. Once satisfied with the quality and availability of the vehicle, shipping to Australia, compliance, registration and preparation are all then handled by us so that we can have your car ready for pickup. During this time you will be kept up to date as to where in the delivery process your car is.
5. Once the balance of the invoice has been paid your car will be ready for collection from Top Secret Imports in the city chosen for delivery. We can also arrange to have it delivered to you anywhere in Australia if this is required.
